I’m a huge fan of Matt. From the first opportunity I had to hear him speak on plyometrics I knew he was a cut above the rest. He sees plyos from not just a high level performance standpoint but from a neurological lens that supports all levels of movement and function. Having Matt’s insight and guidance for programming during my pro athletes rehabilitation has been a huge asset for me and them. I cannot recommend him and his programs enough, especially for my fellow rehab professionals - you need this in your toolbox!
