A new holistic S&C program suitable for beginners to pros. This 8 week program uses the 1x20 system by Dr Michael Yessis, alongside the Plus Plyos tiered system and other speed and jump training. Perfect for beginners all the way to the pros.
DYNAMIC BEAST
Unleash that beast and improve your overall athleticism with this full dynamic focused program. This is an on-going intermediate level program and requires around 1 year of exposure to sprinting, lifting and plyometrics.
